Mixing the wood powder, magnesium oxide, brine and water. The material mixing is one of most important processes. Our material Ratio is made by experienced workers and sophisticated equipments.

The mixed material is filtered, put into the mold, and cut the material, then transported unformed material to the drying workshop to form. Temperature control is particularly important for boards forming. Boards will be dried twice in different drying workshops.

After the magnesium boards are dried twice and formed, they will be cut according to customer’s requirement and sanded on a sanding machine.

We can laminate the boards according to customer’s needs and different applications. Different colors, thicknesses and material is available.
